In The Buckskin Brief, newsletter of the Mile Hi Buckskin Horse Association, it was written,

"We are proud of Pawnee Brave Heart, owned by Peg and Jon DeStefano, and shown by Michelle Chapman. He has earned Register of Merit's (ROM's) in four areas! Stallion Halter, Hunt Seat Pleasure, Western Horsemanship and Western Trail. He also earned his IBHA Champion award by earning 30 IBHA points, 15 in halter and 15 in performance. Way to go, Brave Heart!"
